Training

Your employees are the core of your business and the core of the economy. So you need to know that your employees are not only performing well for your business, but that they also meet industry standards.

Even if your employees have years of experience in their role, qualifications can help to cement and refresh their knowledge, as well as giving them and you the confidence in their skills. Certification is almost always a key selling point with new customers, who can rest assured that your employees are trained to the highest standards.

How is training delivered?

All training is delivered in the workplace by an assessor. They will come and visit your employees once a month and spend around an hour helping them towards their qualification.

What are the benefits?

How much does it cost?

If your employees meet the criteria, in most cases it's funded by the skills funding agency.
