The role encompasses the following tasks:
Liaising with and greeting clients, both on the phone and in person
Taking new enquiries, both walk in and over the phone
Maintaining client logs
Booking client appointments and amending appointments
General client liaison where necessary
Answering the telephone (in first rotation)
Dealing with payments and invoicing
Maintaining Company records
Managing Petty cash
Ordering and maintaining stationery and general office supplies
Creation and upkeep of client files
Liaising with industry providers and chasing up information requests on behalf of our Financial Planners and Paraplanners.
General office maintenance and filing
Training to be Provided by City & Guilds
You will be working towards an Intermediate/Advanced Apprenticeship in Business & Administration, which will include:
