You will be working for a well established family run company in Bristol, that supports the local area with maintenance and repair services to maintain a plumbing. This is a fast paced and dynamic office, that is looking for someone to join a hardworking team.

Your new role

Your roles and responsibilities as Administrator are the following:

  • Able to use and manage Excel spreadsheets
  • Word, outlook to a good standard
  • Good customer facing ability
  • Good paper management and computer records
  • Ensuring attention to details regardless of what you are doing.
  • Assist with receiving orders, logging them and distribution.
  • Telephone and message taking

What you'll need to succeed 
The company are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, well organised, ability to prioritise and be able to work in a fast paced friendly environment.
